Hello everyone, Can someone confirm that tor project is participating at GSOC 2019? I am a Mathematics and Computer Science student (Russia, Ural Federal University). Privacy violation and internet censorship became serious problems for me personally and for many people in my country. I am looking forward to contribute to tor project by implementing OONI Encore style test in browser. Thanks!
