I think there remain bugs in your algorithm for squelching false positives, for relays that recently appeared and aren't yet voted about by all the authorities.
Do you think this too, and haven't gotten around to fixing them, or are unsure quite how to fix? Or are you thinking all should be working well now?

Hi Roger, if there's an issue I'm unaware of it. What that output is saying is 'This relay was in all five votes. It had the BadExit flag in two, and lacked the flag in three.'.
If you think that's incorrect or would like DocTor to behave differently then let me know.
