What's the expected lag in clearing of alarms regarding votes on bw scanning?
I'm asking since maatuska has been voting on bw since 2019-12-16 14:00 UTC AFAICT from its logs. That's just 20h before this alarm, so might be just lag.

Looking at the vote, it doesn't have any measured lines in them, where I would expect them for a bw-voting dirauth. So it seems something is wrong with maatuska, not the measurement infrastructure.

Ah, the "Measured" keyword in "w" lines! Thanks.
Instead of reading code, I'll restart maatuska now and see if it starts reporting "Measured".
