Hi Damian,
I think there remain bugs in your algorithm for squelching false positives, for relays that recently appeared and aren't yet voted about by all the authorities.
Do you think this too, and haven't gotten around to fixing them, or are unsure quite how to fix? Or are you thinking all should be working well now?
