These are relays that I was setting up for someone else while we were troubleshooting BadExit issues that they were having. The relays ran successfully for over two weeks but, immediately after handing them off and changing the ContactInfo, they are being given this flag. This is not the first time this has happened, either. Can any directory authority operator shed light on this, please?
