NOTICE: Authorities disagree about the BadExit flag for 7BE70D18CAC72ECFF33D6B2BE77165C90D818AE9 (with flag: moria1, not in consensus: gabelmoo, tor26, maatuska, longclaw)
Looks like another case of a new relay showing up in Iran, and moria1 declaring it's a badexit, and the other authorities not hearing about it in time for the vote.
Were we going to change things so it takes a few of these in a row before the warning triggers? I think maybe we already did?
