[community] Tor Project Contribution - Outreachy

Hi Pili, Hope this finds you well. I'm writing to let you know that I'm also interested in helping out with some questions to answer. I also wanted to ask about the open issues in Tor's gitlab. It seams that several of them already have a solution or a PR, but remain open on the plataform. Is there another place where I can find other issues? Thank you! Luana
