[community] Potential issue using Lektor development server with python 2.7

Just a quick PSA for anyone building the DocsHackathon repositories locally. I ran into the following error on pages containing non-ASCII UTF-8 characters.

If you run into this issue, try switching to Python 3 and reinstalling Lektor with the installation script.
