Import the console from resource://gre/modules/Console.jsm.

The previous path had an additional "devtools/": resource://gre/modules/devtools/Console.jsm

The current documentation gives the path without "devtools/": https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Console#Console.jsm
