Uploaded this presentation to youtube for a couple reasons...

1. Good publicity. It's a damn popular site, so we should post things like this to attract volunteers.

2. Streaming. Linking to an mp4 is all well and good, but this sucker's 50 MB. Most casual visitors will leave before even letting it start.
