I've wanted this for a while, mostly for user facing messages. commit 1b71039087a0420e4138e4eb61291f6b6a752dd6 Author: Damian Johnson <atagar(a)torproject.org> Date: Mon Jan 23 09:48:05 2012 -0800 Integ RUN_NONE target wasn't runnable The RUN_NONE target wasn't being included among the runnable integration targets because it had an empty torrc which failed a check that should have been for the attribute's existance instead. Also correcting the case of the 'TARGETS' enum.
