Pointing to TorButton's codebase since that's getting most activity, and the TorBrowser repo says it's for "old, pre 3.x". * Dropping Orchid again. It hasn't received any commits since November 2013 (a full year) - if the project indeed is still active somewhere then we need an updated link. * Dropped chiiph from Vidalia. He's been gone for a long time now, and we should be upfront that we don't have a maintainer.
