Integration tests / fixes for types.ControlMessage
Adding integration tests for basic control port communication, exercising...
- connection failure
- bad commands
- bad getinfo queries
- general getinfo queries
- setevent/basic event parsing
This also includes fixes for a variety of issues found while testing.
