I met Ronaldo Lemos (who is living at the moment here in NYC) and told him about OONI. He worked on Marco Civil and he runs itsrio.org. His team is very excited about OONI, already added it as a example of how to monitor the rights protected by marco civil at a workshop they have.
I am trying to get them to run ooni tests, they are excited about it and understand the need of diversity to guarantee good coverage. He also told me they can use OONI reports about Brazil on lawsuits against censorship.
Lets see if someone from them can make it!
