Maybe 1 hour is too short, I have checked an everything is working fine. If this keeps firing I'll rise it.

I have modified the alert to wait for 6h instead of 1 to consider gettor silent: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/tpa/prometheus-alerts/-/merge_requests/21
