Weird that this alert was raised. It is indeed flat, but it hasn't being flat for 12h but 3h. I guess there are things I don't understand of how prometheus alerts work.
Anyway it looks like the issue is back. I'll debug that in: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/anti-censorship/rdsys/-/issues/249
