[Tor www-team] Video closed captions only in english despite being translated on Transifex

The video closed captions on 
https://www.torproject.org/about/overview.html.en only have english.

Should it not have other languages to?
I have translated tor-misc-tor_animationsrt on Transifex.

Code from website:

     <video ...>
     <source ...>
     <track label="English" kind="captions" 
src="https://www.torproject.org/videos/en.vtt" srclang="en" default>
     </video>

https://www.torproject.org/videos/en.vtt

So we are missing the other languages.
Or maybe only en.vtt is when using overview.html.en.
