[Tor www-team] Redesign the sponsor page

Hello www-team,

Would anyone like the fame and fortune of redesigning the current
Sponsors page?

We have an open ticket,
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/10013 to redesign the
page to make it easier to see who is funding us, how much they funded
us over time, and generally make the entire page more reader friendly?

The challenge is that the final output has to use our WML. The raw page is
here, https://svn.torproject.org/svn/website/trunk/about/en/sponsors.wml
