Hi Luna,

Looks like a little misunderstanding.  I was referring to Discourse
and since the developers envision their software as running in either
hosted or "own server" environments, I bet they would work together
with the Tor Project to implement Discourse in the way that was most
suitable for your needs.

Sorry if I was unclear - my native tongue has become my second
language.  :-)
