We should definitely check if Jekyll has an easy way to support
localization.

There are plugins available that require the user/developer to install
an additional gem ( https://github.com/liamzebedee/jekyll-i18n ).

In my opinion, using something that supports i18n out of the box,
without having to install other applications/gems, would be the better
approach.
