[ux] Informal bridge user study

Hi anti-censorship team :)

I think it is an excellent idea. Unfortunately, Tor Browser will not say
to users that they may need a bridge. The bootstrapping will simply
fail. As you mentioned, we would tell the user that a bridge is necessary.

We could consider some flow that requires access to
bridges.torproject.org. Having some user feedback on that flow could be
interesting.

Also, do you think we could somehow include TBA on this? That will be
useful.

Please, let me know if there is anything I could do to move it forward.
