[ux] UX team meeting this week: website feedback from Montreal, meeting Parinishtha (a volunteer)

Hi everyone,

Long time no meeting.

One thing I didn't realize was that the UX team does meetings differently
than the other teams at Tor. We have a ticket triage meeting separate from
our team meetings, so our team meetings are free to use as we please. We
usually bring in some guests, or choose a topic we want to talk about that
isn't "what tickets are finished, which are still ongoing, and which are we
going to take on next."

This week, I wanted to talk about the efforts to redesign torproject.org,
talking about the feedback I got in Montreal, and talking with Parinishtha,
a volunteer who would also like to help out in this process.
