[ux] Firefox' next UX refresh and impact on Tor Browser design

Thank you Jeff! I am extremely happy to be involved here, both as a Tor
and Mozilla contractor, so I think I have a good grasp of both worlds.
Looking forward to talk more about this in the coming months. Let's
cover this in the next UX Meeting?
