Does this differ from a regular style guide, or is the 'UX' descriptor

Given the diversity of tools that are not the Tor Project, it would be 
awesome if the style guide, in addition to solidifying the visual 
identity of the Tor Project's first degree tools and resources, 
functioned as a guideline for others to develop their own visual 
identity, should they agree with it.

The seven dwarves come to mind; they are all quite different but clearly 
part of the same group.

Color, typeface, and composition guide, inspiration images and stories, 
and other relevant information would be very valuable.
