Put the gpg download into an automated step. There are already other automated gpg key downloads in the script.; And without manual revision and checking the history, such a big script is not to be trusted anyway. Also preparation for fully automated builds. Updated keyserver url to match [ https://www.torproject.org/docs/signing-keys.html.en][1]
