Cleaned up "sysctl" calls / configuration, added commands to apply sysctl configuration + testing commands, new testing commands for gateway and workstation connectivity tests, removed MASQUERADE command, does not appear to be required (does not route, TransparentProxy does not use this command, etc) will do more testing going forward.
