I just was wondering if there are 100 Node of guardian nodes and the ISP blocked 90 and kept 10, How Tor (user) would know if this situation happened? Narrowing the guardian nodes to specific known number (choosen by the ISP or government censorship or ...etc) could do anything ofcourse deanonymization attacks.
