[tor-talk] GNOME Is Removing the Ability to Launch Apps from Nautilus

It's not clear yet what we will and should do. We have
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/21939 to track this bug,
though. Suggestions are welcome in the Trac ticket.
