[tor-talk] V3 censorship ?

The controller has some commands to debug and
test HS descriptor / HSdir mechanisms, they're not
perfect features command tools yet but are helpful.
Stick to the same 0.3.2.10, isp, os, config, etc
then turning up debugging and slowly working and
noting through to see what is hanging, starting with
verifying above mecha before even wget / curl / etc.
Probably better to discriminate reachability by using
one tor instance as server, other instance as client.
