This is more difficult to suggest than above, and subject to caveats,
none of which are in the post. Intrinsic weaknesses are known,
from Sybil to GPA.

Not 1, but after 9 or as little as 4, tor goes byebye for
all or some users.

Tools... know what they are, and how to use them.
