[tor-talk] Tor transparent proxy -> strange behavior regarding .onion

I can confirm i cannot get tor .onion to load at all in safari on macOS sierra even if setting privoxy or direct tor socks proxy in network settings. Works fine in firefox with foxy proxy addon.
