Sounds like meek might work best for your scenario, so in that case you'd
want to "Send an email to bridges at bridges.torproject.org with "get
transport meek" by itself in the body of the email" from your Yahoo
account.

If you can VPN outside your country without it being blocked, you might
also think about doing that and then running Tor through the VPN.
