For now, can someone comment if changing the about:config pref
controlling the URL font color (formatting) to 'False' is another
browser trait that sites can detect & use to fingerprint?
Could they detect the full URL was consistent color, instead of part
black & part light gray?

Maybe if looking at a device screen a few inches away, the URL being
light gray isn't hard to read.
On a desktop, it's harder - for me.

Some on Fx forums commented it was a "security feature," that hilights
the base domain, to better show redirection, spoofing, etc.
Understood - but the rest of URL is so pale - w/ default Times New Roman
font, it's easy to misread & adding another problem. An issue to direct
to Mozilla. Like change the *base domain* darkER / bolder, not the rest
of URL to washed out gray.
