Sorry, for inconvenience. Maybe that is why Kristoffer found that outdated Ticket (18 month) with the missing steps:
" I Googled it and found a ticket, but seems to have
been 18 months ago it was closed and set to resolved but without the steps
to resolve it."

That is not intended from me. I just searched some engines and put the results on the list with a "maybe" of help. It is more a suggestion but an advice.
