Here is a message from Outlook.

Someone may have used your account xxx_xxx at outlook.com to send out a lot 
of junk messages or done something else that violates the Microsoft 
Services Agreement.

For the record, I never sent any e-mail from that account. It's of note 
that you can setup an Outlook account through Tor without SMS 
validation. Unlike with Gmail, Yahoo, or AOL.
