Hi!

Yes, you can specify a different network prefix. But be aware, that this
would break routing with other OnionCats, i.e. you'll create your own
private network.

The prefix is defined hard-coded as the cpp macro TOR_PREFIX in
ocat_netdesc.h. Just modify it up to your needs an recompile it.
