[tor-talk] tried to donate but failed 404

I can confirm that the CAPTCHA's only occur while using TBB; by not 
using Tor, there are no CAPTCHA's.

This appears to be caused by the current subject of derision on tor-talk 
- Bitpay sitting behind Cloudflare..
