Just because certain government agencies, such as the U.S. State
Department that supply funding for Tor to help protect dissidents, does
not mean everyone affiliated with the U.S. government approve of this
Tor project.

When referring to "corrupt government officials", this includes a
handful who are abusing the NSA's Internet, phone, and email monitoring
PRISM program for their own personal profit and gain. This includes News
Corp and 21st Century Fox. This abuse of power goes one step beyond
using the NSA's PRISM program for unlawful, tailored advertising.
