[tor-talk] Tor in background on iOS 9?

Long-time lurker, first-time poster.

It looks like Apple is finally going to allow background-running network proxies on iOS, via app extensions. It's not obvious at a glance if you can do everything you need to do to run Tor, but it looks promising:

Has anyone started working on something like Orbot for iOS 9 yet?
