[tor-talk] ConnLimit issues with tor-0.2.7.2-alpha

Do you have ControlPort enabled and does this log line appear when you
open an external app which uses ControlPort?

In my case, on 0.2.7.2-alpha, I see this every time I open arm. Please
confirm if this is the case, so I may open a ticket for it.
