Thanks, the page appears OK now. But there still seems to be a problem somewhere,
because my new 4.0 Tor Browser is still flashing a yellow triangle at me on
startup, telling me it's out of date. Does it determine that by checking this URL:

https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/RecommendedTBBVersions

?

If so, that's strange, because that URL gives:

[
"4.0",
"4.0-Linux",
"4.0-MacOS",
"4.0-Windows"
]

so why does it think my version 4.0 is out of date?
