OK.
Let me ask in a different way.
What do people who use .onion addresses use to communicate?

because someone has at least
to pay for the
bandwidth and the electricity somehow.

'hidden wiki's is being run by someone
specifically for the purpose of putting their
own untrustworthy
links into onionland.
