When the .clearnet domain authenticates/advertises the .onion domain, I
think also the .onion domain should authenticate/advertise the .clearnet
domain.

Those following a .onion link, perhaps shared by a person they
reasonably trust, might be interested to learn about that .onion's
official .clearnet domain.
