Another thing... relays could help too, by...
1) running exits on alias/tunnel IP's that don't appear in the consensus.
[yes this breaks check.tpo but is not the point].
2) similarly running openvpn terminators (to allow udp, inbound binds, etc)
on say one IP higher or lower than the OR ip, or one port higher or lower
than the OR port. They cannot be published anywhere, even like bridges,
because some zealous lazy scraper will add them to blacklists. But letting
torizens find them on their own will suffice, especially with some of the
dynamic node IP out there.
