Yes, that is exactly the issue with stock VoIP clients. It is quite
difficult (impossible?) to get Jitsi, CSip or Linphone to send the RTP
stream over TCP. Perhaps it is also our server (Kamalaio) or media proxy
configuration... something to dig into.

Skype on other hand seems (or seemed to) magically just try all possible
means of busting through the firewall/iptables rules like oil spilling
out of sinking tanker, and so the TCP only route over Tor was fine for it.

BTW, it also seems Google Hangouts+ uses TCP, or can use TCP when routed
over Tor.
