   It's a really interesting statement, but BBC took it and wrote the 
story they were going to write anyway.  Problematic.

   Really, the statement Andrew made just emphasizes the fact that all 
sorts of individuals use anonymity to do positive things.  People use 
Tor to make anonymous tips all over the world, and it just so happens 
that Tor might be on the receiving end occasionally. =)

   Also, all of my non-list email is filtered to send mail containing 
"dark web" into an easily-ignored bucket.  Because most of the time 
those are looking at hidden services from a unrealistically-negative 
angle.  =P
