no.thing_to-hide at cryptopathie.eu got the wrong file / made a mistake / etc.

Why don't you check it out for yourself?  The software is here:
https://archive.torproject.org/tor-package-archive/torbrowser/3.6.3/

What I just got is bit-for-bit identical to what I got a while back.
