FC18 packages are now available. I upgraded my build and testing VMs to support
FC18 over the weekend, tested FC18 packages Tor stable 0.2.3.35 on x86_64 and
i686 machines.

The official page now mentions them
(https://www.torproject.org/docs/rpms.html.en). The FC18 repos are here,
according to the forementioned page:
http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/rpm/fc/18/
