Hi,

I am not sure I get what you're trying to do. Websites look the same
over Tor (with the exception of plugin content like Java and Flash,
which are disabled in Tor Browser), and you cannot preview local
websites over Tor. If you want to confirm that your website really looks
the same over Tor, you have to upload it first or run a publicly
addressable local webserver.
