[tor-talk] Will Tor affect Internet Explorer? (newbie question)

Nice question. I´m not able to answer it, so I add another questions for the experts: 1. Should I disable/shutdown my anti-virus before start Tor Browser? Is it  adviced I erase all the metadata after navigation, for example, using CCLEARNER? Must a erase all the event logs in Windows?2. Tor works with low or high latency?Thanks.Marcos (Brazil)
